Responsibilities

• Assist venue wait staff with clearing, cleaning and maintaining tables and venue environment
• Provide drinks refills, condiments, napkins and other guest requests
• Carry trays and dishes between kitchens, service counters and dining areas
• Stock and replenish linens, silverware, glassware, and service items
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of tables and service areas
• Uphold company standards and ensure safety and confidentiality
