Aufgaben

• Perform maintenance and repair across facilities, structures, grounds, trails and other developed areas using hand/power tools and equipment.
• Carry out painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, grounds maintenance, custodial work and general tasks as appropriate to the grade.
• Follow work orders, safety rules and procedures; document completed work or identified needs.
• Operate routine maintenance on vehicles and motorized equipment used to move personnel, supplies, and materials.
• Assist higher-graded workers and provide basic guidance on maintenance methods and tools.
