Responsibilities

• Lead defined seasonal strategy and annual planning, translating strategies into actionable plans and measures of success.
• Manage an assigned portfolio including innovation, renovation, and rationalization, and evaluate new opportunities for profitability.
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into business implications and actions; manage budgeting and forecasting.
• Execute marketing communications plans, manage agency/vendors, and ensure alignment with seasonal equities for the U.S. market.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, drive alignment, decisions, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop selling stories and materials for customers and channels.
