Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll engage with shoppers, educate them on products and loyalty programs, and drive sales using an omni-channel approach to create loyalty and trust.

You are style-driven, customer-focused and ready to learn technology tools for day-to-day operations. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized, clean work area and execute operational processes efficiently.
• Support all store areas including sales floor, fitting room and cash wrap.
