Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on experience valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse customers.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer engagement and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Build sales by maintaining a consumer-centric approach and modeling selling behaviors.
• Share product knowledge to enhance the customer experience and drive loyalty.
• Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment and brand presentation standards.
• Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives as needed.
