Job summary

Rothy’s is seeking a Seasonal Retail Ambassador in Seattle, WA (University Village) to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and embody our brand values on the floor. You’ll help customers find the right fit, while supporting a welcoming, inclusive store culture and basic operational tasks to keep the store running smoothly.

You are customer-service oriented with strong communication skills, able to build genuine connections, and ready to contribute to team sales goals.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build genuine customer connections.
• Passion for service and achieving personal and team sales goals.
• Willingness to support operational tasks as part of the team.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week with peak-day scheduling.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 lbs.
