Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking Seasonal Brand Ambassadors for its Lawrence, Kansas store. You’ll help bring the UO brand to life through personal style, authentic conversations, and a passion for fashion and pop culture.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, promoting exclusive drops, keeping the sales floor tidy and on-brand, and supporting the team with flexible scheduling. Prior retail experience is a plus; enthusiasm and energy are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with authentic conversations, promote exclusive drops and promotions.
• Keep the sales floor organized, on-brand and easy to shop.
• Assist customers in-store and online shopping experiences.
