Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices and registers.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ready to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds as part of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide excellent service to build brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about products and loyalty programs.
• Drive sales using suggestive selling and omni‑channel offerings.
• Support store operations across sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back‑of‑house.
