Gap Inc.'s Old Navy is hiring a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers through exceptional service and product knowledge. You will educate, inform, and wardrobe customers while collaborating with leadership to deliver a best-in-class omnichannel experience.

This role emphasizes engaging with customers, driving sales through suggestive selling, and maintaining a neat, organized store. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable to personal goals which contribute to overall store goals and results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions and potential issues, including returns, courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
