Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers through exceptional service and product knowledge. You will educate, inform, and inspire customers while collaborating with leadership to deliver a best-in-class experience using omni-channel options.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, promoting loyalty programs, rising to sales goals, and maintaining a tidy store. The role supports various areas and requires a flexible schedule in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require current or future employment visa sponsorship in the United States.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices, apps, and registers.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, move and lift up to 30 pounds, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat customers and coworkers with respect to maintain a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty program.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using omnichannel offerings.

• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
