Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers through exceptional service, product knowledge, and wardrobe education. You will work with leadership to deliver a best-in-class omnichannel shopping experience and help customers on the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas.

Responsibilities

Treat all customers and employees with respect to create a positive work environment.
Promote loyalty by explaining loyalty programs.
Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
Enhance the customer experience using omnichannel offerings.
Be accountable to personal goals that support store goals.
Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back-of-house as needed.
Maintain a neat, clean, organized work center.
Handle customer interactions and returns courteously and professionally.
Execute operational processes efficiently.
