Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers through exceptional service and product knowledge. You will educate customers, inspire outfits, and collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class shopper experience using in-store and online channels.

Key duties include engaging customers, promoting loyalty programs, achieving personal and store goals, and supporting sales floor operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals which contribute to overall store goals and results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
