Old Navy in Goodyear, AZ seeks a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll educate customers about products, deliver an omni-channel experience, and help drive sales through friendly interactions.

You'll collaborate with leadership, maintain a clean, organized workspace, and participate in loyalty programs while offering excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Comfortable using technology tools and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
