Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll deliver exceptional service, educate customers about products, and collaborate with leadership to create a best-in-class in-store experience using an omni-channel approach.

You are a strong communicator, passionate about retail, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time role requiring flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to learn and grow within

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require current or future employment visa sponsorship to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals which contribute to store results.
• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, back of house as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions and returns courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
