Qualifications

• Love for Urban Outfitters and its brand.

• Flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life by staying in the know on product drops and trends.
• Engage customers with authentic conversations and promote exclusive drops.
• Maintain an inspiring, organized space; restock and style displays.
• Use in-store tech to support shopping in-store, online, or hybrid.
• Stay curious and flexible, learning as you go.
• Work as a team to keep the store a positive place.
