Job summary

Urban Outfitters is seeking Seasonal Brand Ambassadors to bring the store to life through real connections, personal style, and pop culture passion. You’ll help customers create an authentic, fun, and unique UO experience.

Candidates should enjoy fashion, stay in tune with trends, and be excited to engage with shoppers while maintaining an energetic, team-driven store environment. This is a seasonal, in-store role in Durham, NC.

Qualifications

• Genuine love for Urban Outfitters.
• Confidence in expressing personal style and creativity.
• People-first mindset and strong communication.
• Collaborative attitude with positive energy.
• Comfort in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
• Flexibility with scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life with individuality, creativity and trend awareness.
• Create energy on the salesfloor through authentic conversations and promotions.
• Make shopping seamless by keeping displays organized and on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to assist customers across in-store, online, and hybrid shopping.
• Stay curious and flexible, ready to jump in where needed.
• Work as a team, sharing ideas and maintaining a positive store environment.
