Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Brand Ambassador in Schaumburg, IL. You’ll bring the brand to life with personal style, engage customers through genuine conversations, and help maintain a welcoming, on-brand store environment.

You’ll use in-store tech to assist shoppers, stay flexible with scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays), and be part of a team that values creativity and energetic customer service. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: engage customers with authentic conversations, inform them about exclusive drops and promotions, and share your product enthusiasm to create memorable experiences.
• Make Shopping Seamless: keep the store organized and on-brand, restock, style displays, and ensure a welcoming space.
• Use in-store tech to support customers how they want to shop—in-store, online, or hybrid.
