Ralph Lauren is seeking a Part-Time Brand Ambassador to deliver a personalized shopping experience and meet daily sales goals. The role emphasizes a customer-first mindset, inclusivity, and collaboration with store teams.

Ambassadors will support RL initiatives, demonstrate product knowledge, and help drive traffic through flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or similar industry preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas; stand and move for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Motivated to drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Focus on the customer at the core of all decisions and support company initiatives.
• Engage in teamwork, training, and use of new technology to improve results.
• Represent the customer experience and RL brand expectations on the sales floor.
• Provide feedback to Management on successes and opportunities.
