Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking Brand Ambassadors to deliver a personalized shopping experience and uphold the brand's standards in a fast-paced store setting. You will be a customer-focused team member, driving sales and providing fashion expertise.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in fitting rooms, maintaining store visuals, and contributing to replenishment and floor set activities. Flexibility to work day/evening shifts and weekends is required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to operate the register, stand, move and walk for multiple hours.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and possible overnight shifts and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Understands sales objectives and meets or exceeds individual KPI (SPH) and uses tools to drive performance.
• Contributes to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans with the team to uphold brand standards.
• Connects customers via the Polo Connect program.
• Demonstrates passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
• Educates customers on programs, initiatives, resources, and offerings.
• Assists in fitting rooms with sizing and maintains store standards.
• Maintains store standards on the sales floor and back-of-house; completes opening/closing tasks as required.
• Supports operations such as floor sets and replenishment (ISOS).
• Participates in store trainings on compliance, product, and company initiatives.
• Balances tasks while prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience.
