Ralph Lauren is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver a personalized shopping experience, prioritize the customer, and drive sales results. You will engage customers, know the product, and apply brand standards across the store environment.

This role supports dynamic teams and participates in company trainings while maintaining high standards of presentation and customer care. Flexibility in schedule and willingness to travel as needed are required.

Formación

• Retail experience or similar in high-volume environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Able to maneuver around sales floor, dressing rooms, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Meet or exceed individual KPI targets and utilize tools to drive performance.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans with team collaboration.
• Assist in fitting rooms and maintain store standards and cleanliness.
• Support floor sets, replenishment, and other operational tasks as needed.
• Participate in company trainings on compliance, product, and initiatives.
• Balance multiple tasks while prioritizing the RL experience.
