Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar high-volume environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Comfort working on a mobile sales floor, lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by prioritizing customer needs and supporting daily, weekly, and monthly business goals.
• Build customer relationships and clientele through personalized service and multiple shopping channels.
• Support team training, company initiatives, and new technologies that improve the shopping experience.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, and provide management with feedback on customer and category opportunities.
