Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Brand Ambassador in Colorado. This part-time role provides personalized customer service, supports store sales goals, and helps customers discover products through in-store and digital purchasing options.

You will engage with customers, maintain store standards, and collaborate with teammates while working a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts. Retail or high-volume experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Effective communication and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate a register, and lift or climb as required for store duties.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by keeping the customer at the center of decisions and working toward sales goals.
• Represent brand standards, support company initiatives, and maintain sales floor and store standards.
• Build customer relationships and support alternative purchasing and product discovery options.
• Collaborate with teammates, participate in training, and share feedback with management.
