Job summary

Leap operates a platform powering modern retail stores and is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates for the peak season in Chicago. You’ll connect with customers, share the brand story, and provide personalized recommendations to create memorable shopping experiences.

You will also support store operations, assist with replenishment, and help the team meet sales and service goals while maintaining a welcoming environment. Must be 18+ and available weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and building authentic connections.
• Strong communication skills with diverse range of customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and share brand stories.
• Team-oriented with flexibility to support seasonal priorities.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with authentic conversation, active listening, and personalized recommendations.
• Build product knowledge to confidently educate customers and share the brand story.
• Provide thoughtful service throughout the customer journey, from engagement to checkout.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset.
• Proactively engage customers and contribute to daily sales goals.
• Identify opportunities to educate, recommend, and enhance the shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and support replenishment and inventory tasks.
• Support opening/closing procedures and adapt to changing seasonal needs.
