Leap is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates to join our boutique during the upcoming peak season. You will create meaningful connections, deliver excellent service, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused store.

As a brand ambassador, you will engage customers, share the brand story, and provide personalized recommendations. You’ll support daily operations and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements: 18+ years old, flexible weekend availability, and hourly pay range $16–$18.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and share brand stories.
• Flexible availability including weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Responsibilities
