Job summary

Tecovas is seeking a Sales Associate to support the store leadership team and deliver an unmatched customer experience on the sales floor. You will greet customers, sell, provide product knowledge, handle cash wrap, restock and shopkeeping responsibilities.

The role emphasizes high-quality service, in-store tasks such as receiving shipments, stockroom organization, loss prevention awareness, and participation in staff education.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly.
• Available to work 15–20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, sell, provide product knowledge and cash wrap.
• Assist in receiving shipments and stocking merchandise.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and support restocking.
• Support loss prevention and participate in cycle counts.
• Contribute to staff education and store upkeep.
