Job summary

Tecovas is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support store leadership and deliver an unmatched customer experience. You will greet customers, sell, handle cash wrap, restock, and perform shopkeeping duties while maintaining exceptional service during high-traffic periods.

The role requires flexibility for extended holiday hours and events, with a start date in late September 2026 through early January 2027.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30lbs.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be available weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service on the sales floor and greet customers.
• Support store leadership with receiving shipments and stocking products.
• Track in-transit shipment information and communicate to leadership.
• Perform product customizations with hands-on training.
• Maintain an organized stockroom accessible to staff.
• Assist in and/or lead the restock process to keep stock levels adequate.
• Demonstrate loss prevention awareness through cycle counts and transfers.
• Share product knowledge and contribute to ongoing staff education.
• Assist in building maintenance and store facilities.
