Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrinkage.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests, informing them about promotions, and recommending products/services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
