Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will greet guests, assess their needs, perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, and support in-store events and services to drive sales.

You will maintain store cleanliness, restock fixtures, and stay informed about products and promotions. This role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a passion for beauty and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty (including credit), omni‑channel sales, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.
• Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by providing a guest‑friendly environment, greeting and engaging each guest, personalizing service to their needs, answering questions about products and services, informing guests about promotions and sales, and recommending complementary Ulta Beauty products and/or services.
• Courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and the guest service experience.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in‑store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while delivering on sales goals.
• Take the initiative to stay informed regarding new and existing products and services during work time and be knowledgeable about the ingredients and benefits of these products and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
