Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, provide product recommendations, and assist with makeup applications and skincare analysis. This on-site role supports leadership with sales, loyalty programs, and in-store events, while maintaining store standards and guest satisfaction across shifts.

The position requires a passion for beauty, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for guest service and selling.

• High school diploma preferred and 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales and loyalty programs.
• Provide exceptional guest service and engage each guest with personalized assistance.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance the guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Stay informed about new products and ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and store cleanliness.
