Sephora Boca Town Center is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional client service and support both store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will maintain a welcoming environment, keep shelves stocked, and contribute to a visually ready store while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

This role requires flexibility with a schedule of 0–14 hours weekly and availability during peak retail times including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
