Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak moments, creating a welcoming shopping experience while keeping the store visually ready and well-stocked.

You will contribute to exceptional client service, assist with inventory and merchandising, and help uphold Sephora's standards in a fast-paced environment. Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays with a variable schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
