Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Associate to provide an outstanding client experience by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You will create a welcoming atmosphere while keeping a stocked, visually ready store, and live Sephora's brand of Belong to Something Beautiful in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Flexible scheduling is offered; weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs, and availability

Qualifications

Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.
Strong commitment to client service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service by supporting client experiences and achieving sales goals.
