Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience in-store, assist with makeup applications, skincare analysis, and service sales. You will greet guests, answer questions, and guide product recommendations while supporting in-store events and promotions.

This role requires a passion for beauty, solid guest service skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexible schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology such as POS systems and Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Meet store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greeting and engaging each guest entering the store.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
• Stay informed about products and ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt attendance.
