Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to provide an exceptional guest experience in-store. You will engage guests, perform product demonstrations, and support sales goals through personalized service and knowledge of beauty products.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with makeup applications, advising on promotions, and helping with events and inventory. A high school diploma is preferred and relevant experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS system and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals for retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Greet and engage each guest, personalize service, and recommend products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events.
• Stay informed about products to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
