Ulta Beauty is hiring for a Seasonal Beauty Advisor in-store. You will provide an exceptional guest experience, greet customers, and advise on products and services. Responsibilities include makeup applications, skincare analysis, and coordinating appointments for services and events.

You will maintain merchandising standards, stay informed about new products, and support sales goals while delivering a high level of guest care in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling
• Proficient with basic technology including POS system and Apple devices
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage each guest entering the store and tailor service to their needs
• Provide exceptional service and assist with product questions, promotions, and upsell
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales
• Book appointments for services and in-store events
• Maintain store cleanliness, replenish fixtures, and help with merchandise resets and inventory procedures
• Follow loss prevention and store procedures and protect assets
