Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, perform makeup applications, and drive sales in a dynamic store environment. You will greet guests, provide product recommendations, and support store operations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

The role requires passion for beauty, strong guest service skills, and the ability to learn product knowledge quickly.

Qualifications

High school diploma is preferred.
1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.

Responsibilities

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty and omni-channel sales.
Provide exceptional service by greeting and engaging each guest, answering questions, informing about promotions and upsell.
Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with on-line orders.
Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
Stay informed about new products and services and understand ingredients and benefits to better serve guests.
Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
Mentor and collaborate with team to grow the business.
Adhere to policies, dress code, and store standards.
