Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist with cashier tasks, stock fixtures, and keep the store pristine. You’ll promote products, demonstrate services, and participate in in-store events to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate enjoys beauty, communicates product benefits clearly, and can work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Prior retail or service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and communicate it to guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests to determine needs and promote products.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales.
• Support in-store events and appointments.
