Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to provide exceptional guest experiences, perform makeup applications, and assist with store promotions and events. You will engage guests, answer questions, and upsell products while maintaining store standards and a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include guiding guests through services, handling transactions, and collaborating with team members to meet store goals. A strong service orientation and basic tech proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates passion for guest service and ability to sell products.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty and omni-channel sales.
• Greet and engage each guest, answer questions about products, inform guests about promotions, and recommend products or services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges, and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for and support services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while achieving sales goals.
• Stay informed about new and existing products and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
