Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, perform makeup applications and skincare analysis, and support in-store events that drive sales.

You will engage guests, answer questions, and guide product recommendations while maintaining store standards and cleanliness. The role requires a passion for beauty, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma is preferred.
• Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Skills: Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling; Proficient with basic technology (POS systems, Apple devices); Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships; Ability to troubleshoot; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Greet and engage each guest, personalize service, answer questions, inform guests about promotions, and recommend products/services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges; assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events; support execution of events and sales goals.
• Stay informed about products and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Collaborate with managers and associates; participate in ongoing training to enable development and drive sales.
