Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Seasonal Task Associate to support store operations, merchandising, and guest service. The role emphasizes maintaining replenished product, clean store standards, and adherence to policies, with a focus on teamwork and reliable attendance.

The position requires basic tech skills, ability to work independently or with a team, and a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training for brand and category education to drive sales performance.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies and standards.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and inventory procedures using Ulta Beauty’s technology.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect assets by following loss prevention practices and providing guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
