Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support in-store operations and guest experiences. You will help keep fixtures stocked, ensure tasks are completed, and support the Merchandise and Operations Managers through performance, people, and processes.

Responsibilities include inventory, displays, shipments, and maintaining store standards while delivering exceptional guest service. A flexible schedule is required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology incl. POS and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and merchandise is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and complete operational processes including shipment and replenishment, inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Regularly participate in ongoing training, including brand and category education, to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s policies and dress code; complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipments using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness in all areas including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
