Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support store operations, keep fixtures stocked, and maintain store cleanliness. The role collaborates with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to drive performance, people, and process excellence while following Ulta Beauty’s policies and standards.

The position requires flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with responsibilities ranging from replenishment to inventory procedures and guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS systems, Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and products are available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and complete shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and delivering guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
