Job summary

Sephora Exton is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You\'ll help create a welcoming environment while keeping the store stocked and visually ready.

The role is hourly, with flexible scheduling (0–14 hours per week) and must be available during nights, weekends, and holidays. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced team setting and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
