Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver outstanding client service and support store operations during peak periods. You will help maintain a stocked, visually appealing store and participate in onstage service with a focus on inclusivity and teamwork.

Must be able to work 0–14 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.50 per hour, with location-based pay.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client experiences and assist in meeting sales goals.
• Support store operations, including inventory, stock replenishment and order fulfillment.
• Assist with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora's brand.
• Promote inclusivity and teamwork to empower staff.
• Uphold Sephora standards and maintain a safe, enjoyable shopping environment.
