Qualifications

• The candidate should demonstrate a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide personalized assistance.
• Proficiency with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting guests, answering questions, and recommending products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events to boost sales.
• Maintain store standards, replenish merchandise, and assist with merchandise resets.
