Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Perris, CA is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, perform cashier tasks, keep fixtures stocked, and support store operations during peak times.

You will conduct makeup applications and skincare analysis, engage guests, book appointments for services, stay informed about products, and collaborate with the leadership team to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.
• Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging each guest, personalizing service to their needs, and informing guests about promotions and services.
• Courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with on‑line orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and the guest service experience.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in‑store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while delivering on sales goals.
