Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to provide exceptional guest service, perform makeup applications and skincare analysis, and assist with in-store events to drive sales. You will greet guests, assess their needs, and recommend products while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Prior retail or cosmetics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive guest service and sales goals by delivering a friendly, personalized shopping experience.
• Greet guests entering the store, engage with their needs, answer questions, and recommend products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to showcase offerings.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events to elevate the guest experience and sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, keep fixtures stocked, and assist with merchandise replenishment.
