Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales and shrink.
• Provide exceptional service with a guest-friendly environment and personalized product recommendations.
• Handle customer service tasks, refunds, exchanges, and online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to enhance the guest experience and sales.
