Qualifications

1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
High school diploma is preferred.
Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ability to troubleshoot.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service by greeting guests and engaging each guest entering the store and personalizing service to their needs.
Assist with cashier tasks and on-line orders.
Keep fixtures stocked, merchandised, and store clean and organized.
Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
Stay informed about products and benefits to better serve guests.
Maintain regular attendance.
