Job summary

Ulta Beauty seeks a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience across cosmetics, skincare and fragrance. You will greet guests, demonstrate products, perform makeup applications, handle transactions and help with in-store events to drive sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Guest service mindset and selling skills.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and engage with customers to determine needs and provide product recommendations.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Handle cashier tasks, refunds, exchanges, and online orders as needed.
• Assist with in-store events and appointments to enhance guest experience and sales.
